I came across a video of a brave young lady who shared her story on YouTube. She is suffering from Crohn's disease and uses Marijuana to deal with her symptoms from Crohn's disease and the negative side effects she experiences from her medications.
Crohn's disease can affect any part of the GI tract, though it usually occurs at the end of the small intestine, also known as the ileum, and the beginning of the large intestine, also known as the colon.
Crohn's disease often is mistaken for other GI disorders that cause similar symptoms, such as ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)."
What if this young lady was your sister or daughter? Should we through her in prison?
Does she need to be court ordered to a substance abuse rehabilitation program?
Our society has already sentenced her. I hope that she doesn't get hurt, or worse, trying to purchase marijuana, because that would truly be a crime!

I hope that more resposible people will benefit from the effect marijuana do on pains. I am sure that anybody in agonizing pain will surely use it regardless of the known side effect it brings

This is one of the reason why marijuana should be legalize and regulated. There are lots of people suffering from illness and chronic pain. Minimizing their agony and pain is a great help already.
